Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
Lindra is a trade name of Braintax, established at Aarlenlaan 39, 5628 WT Eindhoven, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 74748297. Email: klantenservice@eclipsegrooming.nl.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every order you place in this webshop. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.

4. Ordering and payment
The agreement is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation by email. You pay using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery
We ship your order as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after your order. If we cannot do so, we will let you know and you can cancel the order free of charge.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. In addition, you can exchange or return your order with us up to 30 days after receipt. The conditions are set out in our refund policy.

7. Warranty
Our products conform to the agreement and to reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. Your statutory warranty always applies.

8. Not a medical device
Our socks are intended for everyday comfort and are not a substitute for medical advice or medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor first.

9. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us at klantenservice@eclipsegrooming.nl. We will respond within 14 days.

10. Governing law
These terms and every order are governed by Dutch law.
