Exchanges and returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange or return it.

30-Day Fit Guarantee: exchanging your size
Size doesn't fit? We'll exchange it free of charge, even if you have already worn and washed the socks.
1. Email us at klantenservice@eclipsegrooming.nl with your order number and the size you would like.
2. We'll send you the return instructions and the return address.
3. As soon as we have received your return, we'll send you the right size free of charge.

Returns and refunds
Would you like a refund? Register your return by email within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unused and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the items is yours.

We refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you paid with.

Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you always have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Damaged or incorrect item
Email us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it for you free of charge. Your statutory warranty always applies.
