Size not right? We make exchanging as easy as possible. You have 30 days to try your socks.
Exchanging your size
- Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the size you would like.
- You'll receive the return instructions and the return address.
- As soon as we have received your return, we'll send you the right size free of charge.
Returns
Prefer a refund? Register your return within 30 days of delivery via the contact page. Items must be unworn and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are for your account. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method.
As a consumer you also always have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
